Zimmer’s MAGNOPRINT flat bed printing machine is the most versatile machine for the finest printing quality, especially for centre printing and geometrical designs. It has the pioneering technology and most efficient system for magnetic roll printing in warp direction. Each printing station allows individual adjustment of repeat length, speed, number of squeegee strokes (magnetic single or twin roll rod), and magnetic power. This flat bed printing machine with MAGNOPRINT technology ensures high quality results with single- or multi-colour printing on different substrates such as flags & banners, towels & blankets and many more. With Magnet-System Plus, electric printing-blanket- and squeegee drive, electric flat screen lifting with pre-lowering, and flat screen holding or flat screen carriage manually adjustable by wheels with 4-point take-up. The original ZIMMER MAGNET SYSTEM PLUS technology of this flat bed printing machine is the most efficient system for magnetic roll rod printing in warp direction. This machine is designed and manufactured according to our customer’s individual needs.

• The printing widths of this flat bed printing are 165/185/225/250/285/330 cm with up to 24 printing stations
• The squeegee stroke length, number of strokes, and stroke speed are steplessly adjustable, allowing for improved color depth
• The printing blanket washing system features high-quality brushes, squeegees, and a water recycling unit to minimize freshwater usage.
• According to the requirements of the textile product, the flat bed printing machines’ magnet bars are available as:
• Standard magnet bars SMP 70/55 (for towel printing)
• Extra strong magnet power ESMP 70/95 (for acrylic and polyester blanket printing)
