The machine elements of the TC 10 are designed to meet highest requirements. The best example for this is the man-made fiber guidance of the TC 10. The reviving agent with its aggressive reaction to metals and lacquers cannot hurt the TC 10, because all parts coming in contact with material are made of stainless steel or are specially anodised. The quality of the carding process is determined in the area of the main cylinder. Put simply, the carding distance of the fibre determines the quality of the carding result. All Truetzschler cards offer the longest carding section in the world: 2.83 m – and thus the highest quality. The pre-carding area ensures a particularly high pre-opening – the best prerequisite for intensive carding and high production rates. Next, an optimised number of flats take care of fibre cleaning and extraction of neps and short fibres. The post-carding area has been increased, resulting in even cleaner sliver and optimised fibre parallelism. Works best with T-Con and MAGNATOP.
