Carpet yarn heatsetting machine
Power-Heat-Set’s machine portfolio currently offers two different machine types, namely GVA and HiPerSet and both are available in three different sizes. The machines can heatset both natural and synthetic fibres using overheated steam under atmospheric pressure.
The design of these machines makes them very energy efficient. Low energy costs make the operation of the machines very economical without affecting the high processability and still achieving a very high carpet quality yarn.
GVA
The GVA offers the best flexibility and high performance for heatsetting carpet yarn with up to 96 ends. Due to the GVA’s 6 channel configuration heatsetting of small lots on different belts, it is even possible to run different colours of the same yarn or straight set and frieze at the same time.
HiPerSet
The HiPerSet is Power-Heat-Set’s single belt solution for heatsetting the yarn with overheated steam. Depending on the model up to 84 ends can be processed at the same time. Due to its design, the HiPerSet offers easy maintenance and operation.
