Interview with Mr Aditya Sachan, ED of S.T. Cottex, Ludhiana

1. Could you please tell us in brief about S. T. Cottex Exports? 
We are one of the leading textile manufacturers in North India with 200,000 spindles, 9000 rotors,  100 knitting machines, and with a total turnover of Rs 1,200 crores. We manufacture an extensive range of products for customers around the world. Our constant investment in technology and deep customer relationships have helped us maintain our competitive edge. 
 2. What were the deciding factors for you to select Truetzschler card clothing? 
 We selected the Truetzshler card clothing considering the following factors:   a. Card production
  b. Type of raw material
  c. Design of card: single or triple licker-in
  d. Quality consistency
  e. Individual card sampling and AFIS result f. Life of wire
  g. Very low variation and proper gauging
  h. Good yarn quality, Classimat, IPI, RKM
  i. Our past experience

 3. Could you tell us the key features and benefits of TCC wires that you have experienced? 

The metallurgy and finish of TCC wires are excellent. We are also very happy with consistency in yarn quality.

4. Could you share your experience about working with A.T.E.? 

We are happy with the services given by A.T.E. and we have worked with A.T.E. for many products that are

used in our operations. 

5. What are your future expansion plans? 

We plan to add 26,000 spindles and 3000 rotors to our spinning and knitting operations.
