Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales

  • Generate new enquiries and customers for AxisValence product range through cold calling, networking, referrals, and visits.
  • Retain existing customers while expanding the customer base.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable product solutions or services.
  • Negotiate terms of sales and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance strategies and share best practices.
  • Attend to new leads and enquiries promptly.
  • Achieve assigned annual sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information using CRM software.
  • Submit planner, SRM, customer, competitor, and market update reports on time.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Execute any additional tasks/work assigned by the reporting officer.

  • Hands-on experience in the flexible packaging industry preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
  • Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
