TeraSpin is a business unit of A.T.E., an 80+ year old diversified engineering group with expertise in textile engineering, cooling, solar heating, wastewater treatment, flow technology, IoT for industry, print and packaging equipment, and value enhancing systems.

TeraSpin was formed in 2011 after A.T.E.’s acquisition of the textile spinning components business of SKF India. TeraSpin manufactures precision components for spinning machines at its state-of-the-art eco-friendly manufacturing facility at Sari, near Ahmedabad in Western India. TeraSpin has built its reputation by manufacturing and delivering cutting-edge textile spinning components of the highest quality. This focus on quality has led to the company also being an OEM supplier to reputed spinning machinery companies in the world.

TeraSpin products are built on the strong foundation of SKF knowledge and expertise. Through constant R&D at TeraSpin, some of these products have been further improved upon, thereby ensuring high performance and durability.

At TeraSpin we manufacture all products as close to their nominal specification limits as possible as shown in the peaked bell curve of the normal distribution – driving towards Six Sigma quality levels. TeraSpin precision components are supplied to OEMs as well as for replacement in spinning mills in countries such as China, Germany, Indonesia, Japan, Spain, Turkey, Taiwan, Korea, Bangladesh, Mexico, Argentina, Uzbekistan, Egypt, Iran, Kenya, UAE, and Vietnam.
