At A.T.E. Group, we recognise that a career path is rarely a straight line. Many women choose to take breaks to focus on family, childcare, or personal goals. We view these intervals not as gaps in a resume, but as periods of diverse life experience that bring value to our teams. We are committed to encouraging women on career breaks to re-enter the professional sphere, providing a supportive space for them to reclaim their professional momentum.

Bridging the gap on the manufacturing floor

While women have long been an integral part of our corporate offices, we reached a significant milestone in our journey toward gender parity. At our manufacturing unit in Sari, Ahmedabad, we welcomed 15+ talented women to the assembly line. This move was a deliberate step to bridge the historical gender gap in industrial settings and ensures that the diversity valued in our offices is now reflected in our manufacturing units.

To support this transition and recognise the practical needs of working mothers, we have also established a dedicated baby care room at the Sari office. This facility is intended to provide the necessary support for women to balance their professional and maternal responsibilities.

To support women in their journey from entry-level roles to leadership, we provide a structured growth ecosystem. Growth is further facilitated through dedicated learning and development programmes. Furthermore, our higher study time policy allows employees to pursue further academic qualifications, ensuring their technical expertise remains current with the industries we serve.

We have a robust Internal Committee in place under the POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) policy, ensuring that every woman at A.T.E. Group has a secure and confidential channel for redressal. This framework is not just a compliance requirement but a core part of our effort to maintain a culture where every individual feels safe and respected.
