The most reliable, large-sized magnetic drive pumps designed for chemical processes.
PRODUCT
MDE series
(Magnetic drive pumps)
The MDE series comprises the world’s largest non-metallic magnetic drive pumps for chemical processing, with a maximum delivery of 4.0m3/min and a maximum head of over 70m. The liquid end parts, plastics are made of advanced corrosion-resistant materials such as Fuororesins and
fine ceramics, and major Fuoroplastic-made parts are reinforced with special metal inserts for added mechanical strength and durability. These pumps have a maximum casing-pressure resistance of 1.6 MPa.

- Max. discharge capacity range: 1500 – 4000 L/min
- Max. head range: 25 – 57 m
- Main materials: CFRETFE, PFA
- Required power range: 11 – 37 kW
- Discharge bore: 50 mm, 65 mm, 125 mm
- Liquid temperature range: 0 – 100˚C
- Seal-less construction
- Manufactured to heavy-duty specifications; can endure continuous operation over a long time under demanding conditions
- Manufactured mainly from fluororesin and SiC. Three standard types of fluororesins are used: ETFE and PFA. The PFA type allows high-temperature liquids (up to 120˚C) to be handled. EL-grade chemicals can also be handled
- Casing cover made from FCD (ductile cast iron); can be used in petrochemical plants where conventional resin-constructed pumps cannot be used
- Main structural materials of the pump are reinforced with metal to improve mechanical strength
