Continuing with their highly successful training series for the textile processing sector, A.T.E. and DyStar organized a one day programme on ‘The Best Practices in Continuous Dyeing’ at Vapi on 8 April 2011.
The training covered the fundamentals, chemistry and machinery aspects of continuous dyeing. More than 20 textile technocrats from various well known textile giants like Alok, GHCL, BVM, D’Décor Exports, D’ Décor Home Fabrics Pvt. Ltd., Just Textiles and SKNL attended the interactive session with great interest.
The programme consisted of several parts. A brief introduction of DyStar by Mr. Sai Ganesh, Head Business Development of DyStar was followed by a short introduction of A.T.E. by Dr. Kedar S. Kulkarni, Manager – Technology, A.T.E. Enterprises.
While the process and chemistry part of the programme was handled by Mr. Manish Basle, Manager, Business Development, DyStar, the machinery part was handled by Mr. Avinash Naik, General Manager, A.T.E. Enterprises. After the technical presentations and discussions, Mr. Ashish Chitre summed up the proceedings..
The feedback from the participants was very encouraging. The participants opined that the training was quite useful as it gave good insights on various processing aspects, and requested A.T.E. and DyStar to continue with many more of such programmes which would benefit the industry immensely.
