Established in 1939 as a small trading company of textile machines, A.T.E. has grown into a formidable engineering group with diversified business interests. Besides growing its original business to become one of India’s finest businesses in industrial sales, distribution and service, A.T.E. has also built a number of manufacturing companies and joint ventures with world leaders in the areas of textile engineering, flow technology and print and packaging solutions. Some of these manufacturing companies were spun off in 2007 in a group restructuring. Recently, the A.T.E. Group has also entered into clean technology and remote monitoring spaces. Its clean technology business encompasses water and waste water management, and comfort conditioning. Some renewable energy solutions are also under development.
A.T.E. is an undisputed leader in textile engineering, with the state-of-the-art manufacturing companies and also representation of many world leaders. Similarly, A.T.E. is well established in the areas of flow technology and print and packaging solutions, handling both products and projects. The group is fast emerging as a key player in the clean technology and remote monitoring spaces as well.
A.T.E. Private Limited is the holding company for the A.T.E. group. As the group holding company, it is actively involved in corporate governance, strategy formulation and business development of its group companies, and tries to explore synergies within the group for value creation.
